Surveying and Drafting Services - We are fully proficient in measured building surveys, topographical surveys and laser scanning surveys. We use a variety of equipment from Laser Scanners through to GPS and Total Stations. We can produce the necessary drawings and documentation tailored to meet your requirements. So whether it be a Topographical survey of an Initial site. Quality Checks on a contractors installation, a drawing for space planning, the generation of as-builts drawing's after a refurbishment, or even a visual property model that can be collaborated on remotely we can help. Once the data has been collected there are many possibilities and we tailor each survey to meet the clients requirements. 

Site Engineering - We are equipped to carry out all your setting out requirements during the construction phase. This may be the establishment of initial site control, setting out for piling, groundworks setting out, superstructure settng out, Drainage set out and Structural steel checks. We can also act as the resident Site Engineer and undertake the necessary management duties during construction. There are many different facets required where we can assist.

Project Management  - We have successfully delivered a variety of projects ranging from Repairs and Maintenance works to New builds and Office Fit outs as well as undertaking Insurance related reinstatement works.
