Based in Oxfordshire and Established in 2024, Our Management Team have a wealth of experience in construction and property having worked for both Main Construction Contractors and on the Client side within their Estates and Facilities department's. Our background is in civil engineering, surveying and construction management and onpoint technical strive to fill the void for our client's where they may not have the necessary experience or there is a resource shortfall. We are flexible and dedicated to delivering for our clients and their property needs when and where this is needed. We undertake work primarily within the commercial, industrial and retail sectors from the concept, design and planning stage through to management and installation. We specialise in:

Project Management - With many years of experience in managing and delivering construction works we can act on the client's behalf and manage your project from inception through to completion. Every project is different and we will take the time to understand the relevant stakeholders requirements, manage the design consultants and planning phase. Assist with the tender process and contractor selection. We will oversee the main contractor's site works and provide clarity on programme, progress and budget. On completion the project file will be handed back to the client with a full set of As-builts and the relevant Operation and Maintenance manuals. 

Property maintenance - We have a wealth of experience in many aspects of property maintenance and will endeavour to provide our clients with the necessary solution to suit them when a maintenance issue arises. Our expertise primarily lies in building fabric works both internal and external. We are fully equipped to undertake small value works and repairs to your property so whether it be a sunken service cover, floor damage or even an office refurbishment we are here to help and get your property back operating as it should be.

Surveying - We are fully proficient in asset surveys, measured building surveys, topographical and laser scanning and can survey your property using a variety of methods such as GPS or laser scanning technology. So whether it be for an asset list for record keeping purposes, generation of as-builts drawings after a refurbishment, a drawing for space planning or simply a visual property model that can be collaborated on remotely, there are many possibilities once the data is collected and we tailor each survey to meet the clients requirements.
